Spanish visas — frequently asked questions

After we send your invitation letter and you book the appointment and submit your documents at the Spanish embassy, a tourist or business Schengen visa usually takes about fifteen days.

An invitation letter strengthens your application and clarifies the purpose of your trip. We issue it as part of our service, together with the hotel booking and appointment support.

Your balance must match the length and purpose of your trip and your personal situation. We review your bank letter and the last six months of statements before you submit, so the file is consistent.

You can apply with your spouse’s bank documents and proof of your family relationship. We tell you exactly which documents to translate for your case.

For a degree or long course you need a student visa. We secure your admission and registration first, then prepare the student visa file.
