What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to give us, and a limited amount of technical data:
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, the subject of your enquiry, your message and the page you sent it from.
- Viewing requests: the same details, plus the property and reference you are interested in and your preferred contact method.
- Newsletter: your email address and your consent to receive our updates.
- Technical data: basic information such as your browser, device and IP address, collected through server logs and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Please do not send us sensitive information (for example passport or financial documents) through the website forms. We will request any documents needed for a residency or visa file through a secure channel.

- Enquiries that do not lead to a service: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Client files: for as long as the service lasts and then for the periods required by law.
